هنتكلم عن نوع مختلف من الورق اسمه NCR ..

يعني ايه NCR ؟؟؟

NCR اختصار لـ No Carbon Required يعني مش محتاجين كربون ..

برضه يعني ايه مش محتاجين كربون ؟؟

في كل الشركات بنحتاج يبقا فيه نماذج بتتكتب وعايزين منها نسختين تلاتة اربعة .. فكنا بنضطر نجيب ورق كربون ونحطه ما بين الورق عشان نعمل النسخ اللي احنا عايزينها .. فاخترعو نوع من الورق اللي معالج بطريقة معينة تخلينا مانحتاجش الكربون "فيه ناس بتقول عليه ورق مكربن" 

الورق ده معالج كيميائيا بحيث انه يحس باقل ضغط عليه ويمرره للورقة اللي تحته "عشان الناس اللي بتكتب من غير ما تضغط على القلم جامد" الورقة الاولانية من تحت "اللي غالبا بيكون لونها ابيض" بتبقا متغطية بحاجة عاملة زي كبسولات صغيرة جدا .. اقل ضغط عليها بيخليها تتكسر وينزل منها مادة كيميائية على الورقة اللي تحتها اللي بتكون معالجة كيميائيا انها تستقبل المادة دي وتتفاعل معاها "حاجة زي الحبر السري كده" 

طب احنا محتاجين الورق ده في ايه او ايه اهم استخداماته ؟

هو فيه استخدامات مالهاش حصر للـ NCR يعني على سبيل المثال لا الحصر "الفواتير وبيانات وأوامر الشراء والعقود وأوامر العمل والتطبيقات والإيصالات اللي محتاجين منها نسخ متعددة للعملاء ... الخ"

طيب كلام جميل .. احنا ممكن نعمل بقا كام نسخة بالـ NCR ؟؟

ممكن نعمل من ٢ لـ ٦ نسخ .. وبتكون في العادة كالتالي :

نسختين : أبيض - أصفر

٣ نسخ : أبيض - أصفر - زهري

٤ نسخ : أبيض - أصفر - زهري - ذهبي

٥ نسخ : أبيض - أخضر - أصفر - زهري - ذهبي

٦ نسخ : أبيض - أزرق - أخضر - أصفر - زهري - ذهبي

تمام ؟؟

طيب ايه نوع الطباعة اللي ممكن نطبع بيها على الورق ده ؟ وهل ممكن نطبع على الظهر بتاعه ولا لأ ؟

احنا ممكن نطبع على الورق ده لون واحد أو ٤ لون أو لو فيه الوان مخصوصة "Pantone" وكمان ممكن نطبع وش وضهر وغالبا الضهر بيكون فيه تعليمات او كلام عادي مفيش حاجة بتتكتب عليه بالايد يعني ..

غالبا بنعمل النماذج دي على هيئة دفاتر وبيبقا ليها فواصل حاجة زي كده

بحيث اننا نحط فاصل تحت اخر نسخة عشان ما تبوظش باقي الدفتر

غالبا النماذج اللي بيتم طباعتها على ورق الـ NCR بتكون مرقمة بالتسلسل والترقيم ده ممكن يكون يدوي أو ديجيتال بعد الطباعة ..

Today, we’re going to talk about a different type of paper named NCR. 

What does NCR mean?

NCR stands for “No Carbon Required”, but what does that really mean?

In all organizations, it is sometimes necessary to replicate a sample into 3 or 4 copies.  Traditionally, carbon paper was inserted between the papers in order to create these replicas. 

And so they invented a type of paper that is structured in such a way that we don’t need carbon. Some people call it carbonized paper. 

This paper is chemically structured such that it responds to the slightest pressure and passes it on to the paper underneath it. So there is no need to apply too much pressure with the pen. The paper on the top, which is commonly white, is covered with capsules that secrete a chemical material onto the sheets underneath which are chemically modified to react to these chemicals. You can consider it like invisible ink.

So why do we need this type of paper and what is it used for? There are countless uses NCR paper, which include but are not limited to: bills, quotations, contracts, memos, applications, and receipts to be sent out to multiple customers, etc.

Okay. Great. Now how many copies can we make with NCR paper?

We can create anything from 2 to 6 identical replicas, usually in the following order:

2 copies: White – Yellow

3 copies: White – Yellow – Pink

4 copies: White - Yellow – Pink – Gold

5 copies: White – Green – Yellow – Pink - Gold

6 copies: White – Blue - Green – Yellow – Pink – Gold

Now. What type of printing applies to this kind of paper? And can we print on the back of it?

We can print this type of paper in either 1 color or 4 colors, or if specific colors are required one can use the “Pantone” color system (which is a global standard color coding system that ensures that the color doesn’t change from one instance to the next). We can also print NCR paper two-sided, but the back side commonly has standard instructions or comments rather than having anything hand-written on it.

This type of paper usually comes in the form of a notebook with barriers in between such as:

The barrier will come after the last sheet of paper in the sequence so that the rest of the sheets in the notebook are not corrupted. 

Normally, the sheets would be numbered after printing, either digitally or manually.
